A Tribute to Excellence...
...and maybe a bit of mischief
Faith Ellis, science teacher I believe, was so enthusiatic about women attending college that I was inspired to do just that - I loved science and was also inspired by Moncrief Cocoran to learn all I could. I graduated from Westbrook Jr. College in Portland, Maine in the Medical Technolgy curriculam and immediately started working in Rockland, Maine at Knox County General Hospital in their new laboratory.
OHS Students consisted of members of the "Greatest Generation" and their children.
